Meet Andy Bredow From AB Realty

Meet Andy from AB Realty at Wanneroo Central

What’s the best part of your job?
Helping people move forward, whether it’s buying their first home, investing or downsizing. Being part of that big life step is really rewarding.

Do you have local customers you know by name or enjoy a chat with?
Absolutely. One of the best parts of this job is really knowing the people in our community.

Name two things you like most about working at Wanneroo Central.
The people and the sense of community. It’s familiar, friendly and everyone looks out for each other.

What’s your favourite thing in the centre at the moment?
The mushroom soup at Soul Origin. I keep going back for it!

Do you have a favourite time of year in the centre?
Summer for sure. The days are longer, people are out and about and the energy just feels better.

What was your dream job when you were a kid?
I wanted to be a fireman. Helping people and being active really appealed to me.

What trends or changes in real estate are you excited about?
The industry’s becoming more transparent. That’s a good thing. The more people know, the more confident they are.

Tell us a bit about AB Realty and why you started it.
It came from wanting to do real estate the right way. Honest, local and focused on people first. It’s never just about numbers. It’s about relationships and results that actually matter.

What do you think sets Charter Hall apart from others?
They genuinely support local businesses and care about building a strong community. That makes a huge difference.

What do you value most in your client relationships?
Clear communication and mutual respect. That’s the foundation of everything.

What are your interests outside of work?
I love to travel. There’s nothing like arriving in a new city. And being a Kiwi - rugby is in the blood!

What’s the first thing you do when you get to work?
Say hi to the team, grab a coffee and get stuck into the day.

Do you think your service makes customers’ lives easier?
Definitely. We keep things simple, handle the details, communicate clearly and keep people informed every step of the way.

If you could wake up tomorrow with any new quality or ability, what would it be?
Immortality. Not to live forever, but to have the time to do it all. There’s always more to learn, see and build.

And four words to describe yourself?
Fun, social, loyal and honest.
